Effective as of March 31st, 2020 OptimiCDN Limited (“OptimiCDN”) and its subsidiaries, (collectively, “Optimi”, “we”, or “us”) have adopted this Privacy Policy.

Our Users’ privacy is a priority. OptimiCDN is committed to protecting Your privacy when You use the Optimi Websites and developing long lasting relationships based on trust.

We may collect and share information about You, only in limited circumstances described in the following Privacy Policy, to offer You a better and more personalized internet experience.

Generally, Personal Information is requested when: (i) Optimi customers log into one of the Optimi Websites for your products and services and (ii) when visitors to our Websites request certain information about Optimi products and services. If you fail to provide the requested Personal Information, you may not be able to access all or portions of the Site or purchase products and services. 

Information we receive from other sources: We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, service providers, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, credit reference agencies, fraud protection services, channel partners, and resellers) and may receive information about you from them.

Social Media platforms or other forums: We may receive certain information that’s stored or processed by third parties, such as the social media sites Facebook®, Twitter® and LinkedIn® when you interact with us through these social media platforms. Optimi Websites may include social media features – such as the Facebook “Like” button – and widgets – such as the “share this” button. These features may collect your IP address as well as details of the pages you are visiting on Optimi Websites. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted by Optimi Websites. Each social media platform may have its own privacy notices that specifically govern its use of social media features.

Optimi Websites may also feature bulletin boards, blogs or forums. Any Personal Information that you choose to submit via such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages.

Co-Branding: Some Optimi Websites may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you use such websites, both Optimi and the other company may receive the Personal Information that’s collected via that co-branded website. The company whose privacy notice is displayed on a co-branded website will be responsible for Personal Information collected on that website.

Other methods of collection: We may also collect Personal Information from or about you in other ways, such as through your contact with our HR or customer support teams, your results when you respond to a survey, and your interactions with members of the Optimi Group or other companies.

Therefore the length time during which we keep Your Personally identifiable Information will depend on said purposes. Information You give Us. You may give Us information about You by filling out forms on Our Website or by corresponding with Us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Including, but not limited to, information You provide when You register to use Our Website, subscribe to Our Service, search for a product, report a problem on Our Website by emailing , promotion or survey carried out on the Website, and other activities commonly carried out on Our Website. OCDN may automatically collect Information in relation to Your use of the Website or in relation to the Website services and activities such as, but not limited to, the date and time You visit the Website, products You viewed or searched for; page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number. Also technical information including, but not limited to, IP address (or the proxy server You use to access the World Wide Web), browser type and version, Operating system; timezone settings, plug-ins types and versions, the Web address or URL (Uniform Resource Locators) You are on; the URL of the site from which You came and the site to which You are going when You leave the Website; etc.

Servers location. OCDN Website is hosted by servers in the Netherlands. You Can Access or Change Your Personal Information

If a client requests that we remove information, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may need to retain your information for a period of time in order to continue providing a service to you, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our customer or user agreement, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.

 A limited sharing

Protecting Your privacy is fundamental to the way We do business every day, only You choose the way We may Share Your Information outside the Company. We will not share Your Personally identifiable Information with any third party unless You gave Us Your consent, or in the event disclosure is required by law or for external processing i.e. unless You granted us your authorization or if We are required by law, We may only share or give access to Your Personally identifiable Information with Our affiliates, trusted business or persons.

Business development. OptimiCDN is a growing company and as We develop We might take part in merger, acquisition, or proceed to the sale of assets to a third party. Transferred information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy unless You give Your consent to a new one.

Your information security

We work hard to protect the Website and Our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information We hold. For that purpose We have implemented reasonable security measures such as encryption measures and physical security measures.

Furthermore Personally identifiable Information access is restricted to the Company’s employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for Us, these employees, contractors and agents are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Children’s Privacy

OptimiCDN is a business-to-business service provider, this Website is not intended for Children under eighteen (18). IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the city-state of London, UK, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. OptimiCDN and Yourself both hereby consent to submit any dispute arising out of or in relation to this policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any moment. If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on this page. The changes become effective upon publication. By continuing to use OptimiCDN Website after those changes become effective you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
