OptimiCDN was founded in 2014 in London, United Kingdom, to answer a clear set of technical, operational, and commercial challenges. Having worked on sites with very high volumes of traffic (over 1 Tbps), we learned that digital properties must be redundant, optimised, scalable, and secure to give users an optimal browsing experience, whether on mobile or desktop, in Paris, New York, Jakarta, or São Paulo.
From Managed Multi-CDN to a full suite
Our initial product, Managed Multi-CDN, brought several CDNs into a single service (technical, support, and financial), switching between them based on performance. It delivered content for some of the largest applications and platforms in the world across video games, ecommerce, and video. Since 2017 we have kept adding solutions for clients who are always seeking optimisation and digital improvement, constantly evaluating new products and partners so our solutions stay current.
