These terms of use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. OPTIMI AND YOURSELF BOTH HEREBY CONSENT TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION TO THESE TERMS OF USE TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
